Session one: 2:00pm - 2:50pm (online meeting)
The goal of the class is Get Fit and Have Fun! It's a progressive class that's choreographed specifically for non-dancers and you can participate at your own level. You'll sway, stretch, crunch, squat, and line dance yourself into total body fitness while enjoying music played over a portable player/speaker! In addition to the main purpose of fitness, traditional Chinese dance moves will be taught for community spirit and fun. Each class ends with a session on mat that doing some stretch, core and muscle toning. No prior aerobics or dance experience is needed; a willingness to keep moving and a fun attitude will suffice.
