Class Description:
The cardio & body workout class will
be co-host by Ping Gao and Ally Li. The class is to provide exercise opportunity for teachers and parents who can't
attend aerobic and yoga class in first session of ACLS school day. It will be 55 minutes whole body exercise
combined with Yoga, Aerobic, Pilate. The format of class will be 20-35 min cardio aerobic exercise and 20-35 mat
exercise, the length of each exercise will be adjusted for each class based on the classroom size.
Note: The classroom would be small cafe or classroom depending on small cafe availability. No matter of
the classroom size, Ally and Ping commit to bring you a complete workout.

Ping Gao
Mother of two and teacher of 1st grade ACLS Chinese Language class. Ping graduated from Beijing Normal University of Physical Education, majored in physical education. Martial art and aerobic dance is her long time hobby and specialty. Before she came to U.S, she was studing in Beijing Education Institution, majored in English Education. During the time she was Physical Exercise teacher in middle school in Beijing, she taught youth English and aerobic dance in her spare time. Her love of aerobics led her to represent her school to perform on a popular youth TV program, 2nd Starting Line on CCTV2. She participated both choreography and performance with her fellow students and teachers. Ping loves teaching and loves to make great contribution to ACLS community.
Ally Li
Mother of two energetic young boys and a full time software engineer, Ally is an advocate of healthy living and a big fan of yoga, aerobics, and dancing exercise. She is an active member of local amateur dance troupe, has choreographed and participated in numerous performances. She taught regular aerobic class in CCLS before joined ACLS, had taught aerobic class at her work place. She also substituted aerobic class in ACLS. Ally had practiced yoga for ten years. She is a certified and registered yoga instructor in North America yoga alliance. She had taught classes in corporate, community education center, schools and etc. It has been the forth year since she first introduced Yoga class in ACLS. Serving the community is a great satisfaction for her.
