Class Description:

The main objective of this class is to help the students become familiar with the new SAT test style and try to improve their skills in solving the SAT questions. This class covers only the mathematical area of the new SAT tests and we will discuss different topics in each week throughout the semester. By the end of the semester, the students will learn some strategy and SAT problem solving skills to solve all kinds of SAT problems and also the students will be trained to use logical way to think and solve the SAT problem.

Prerequisite:

Students in this class should have already has some basic knowledge in intermediate algebra and plane geometry. Students from grade 7 or above in English school are highly recommended.

Instructor: Zhiping Wang

Mr. Zhiping Wang has a solid Math background after graduating from Institute of Atomic and Molecular Physics in Jilin University (major Atomic and Molecular Physics). He taught Advanced Math in Jilin University to undergraduate students in 1990s. He loves teaching math and loves to see students improve their Math skills. He is patient and cooperative. As an IT Manager and Quality Assurance Director with Dr. Degree on Physical Chemistry in Beijing University, he enjoyed working with others at work and loves to serve as a volunteer for helping students on Math in ACLS.
