Instructor: Yuan Zhuang
Hi, my name is Yuan Zhuang and I’m a 10th grader at Lincoln Sudbury Regional High School. I started teaching math last winter when I tutored students weekly at my old middle school, Ephraim Curtis Middle School, to prepare for the MathCounts chapter round.
Some of my accomplishments from competitions include:
25/25 on MOEMS in 2018 (5th grade)
Qualifier for MathCounts states in 2019 (6th grade)
25/25 on the AMC 8 in 2019 (7th grade)
AIME qualification in 2020, 2021, and 2022 (7th, 8th, and 9th grades)
Qualifier for MathCounts nationals in 2021 (8th grade)
Qualifier for level 2 of MAML in 2022 (9th grade)
As a student myself who personally enjoys the fun in problem solving, my students will learn how to be successful problem solvers in competitions.
